Salty Dog Blues is a fun traditional tune. It has been recorded by many artists over the last 100 years or so. It has a repeating I-VI-II-V progression using all 7 chords which gives it a bluesy feel even though it is not technically a blues. Fun fact, in the early days of the recording industry record companies would add the word ‘Blues’ to the title of tunes to increase sales.
